Our Story
How it started
A mutual friend of the couple had been working on getting this pair together for a while, and then the golden opportunity finally came.
It was November 17th, 2018, Zandra was hosting a work event and Marc was obviously on the guest list! The pair clicked instantly, and by the end of the evening, Marc and Zandra already had a date planned, a spontaneous road trip to the mountains which would show them all they needed to know about each other.
Both Marc and Zandra are always up for anything, and when this couple united, adventure was sure to follow! It was only a few weeks after their first rendezvous when Marc popped the question that would cement their love and relationship forevermore…he asked: “Do you want to go to Mexico tomorrow for a week?”…She said YES!
and the rest is history.

Favourite Memories
After only knowing each other for a few weeks, Marc and Zandra headed down to Mexico on their first (of many) spontaneous trips. The week was packed with playing on the beach, soaking up the sun and dancing their faces off every night (which hasn’t stopped since)!
It was during this week together that the couple got convinced by the “resort photographer” to do a free sunset photoshoot. The photos turned out so beautiful that they couldn’t resist ordering copies…which weren’t so ‘free’ after all, but were definitely worth it. All of their closest friends were positive they had gotten engaged and married because the pictures were so full of love and fun!
The Proposal
In keeping with the photo session of their first trip, this couple never misses a moment to document their love for each other… and the night
Marc proposed to Zandra (March 11th, 2022) was the perfect opportunity for another surprise photoshoot.
On their regular nightly walk to the dog park, which overlooks the beautiful night lights of the city, Marc suggested they set up the camera to take a few “fun pics”…He’d even thought to bring the tripod… He set the timer, and while Zandra was getting ready to smile for the camera, Marc got on one knee and popped the question!
Zandra cried YES and now says “The moment was so special and it was the best day of my life so far!!!”
After over 3 years of fun, we are so excited to continue our adventure and celebrate with our friends and family on July 1st, 2023!
